Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant or dining area staff.
- Ensure smooth service operations and maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Assign tables, take orders, and ensure timely food and beverage service.
- Train and guide wait staff and stewards on service standards and etiquette.
- Handle guest complaints and provide quick resolutions.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain inventory of cutlery, crockery, and equipment.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service etiquette.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam preferred.
