Job Description

Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Workday Extend.

Lead the development of custom applications within the Workday ecosystem.
-
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Design end-to-end solutions integrating Workday with external systems using Workday integration technologies.
-
Provide technical leadership and best practices for Workday Extend development.
-
Review application designs, code quality, security standards, and deployment processes.
-
Mentor developers and functional consultants on Workday Extend capabilities.
-
Conduct architecture assessments and recommend improvements for existing Workday solutions.
-
Support application deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support activities.
-
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, governance, and security standards.
-
Strong experience in Workday Extend, Workday HCM, and Workday architecture.

Hands-on experience developing applications using Workday Extend (Orchestrate, UI Components, Business Processes, APIs).

Expertise in Workday integration technologies: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Core Connectors Workday Studio REST/SOAP APIs
-
Experience with JSON, XML, XSLT, and web service integrations.

Strong understanding of Workday security frameworks and data governance.

Proficiency in solution architecture, system design, and application modernization.

Experience leading technical teams and architecture discussions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
