Area Sales Manage isresponsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, managing distributors and retailers, and driving business growth across Odisha.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand channel partners, distributors, stockists, and retailers. Generate new business opportunities and appoint distributors in assigned territories.
Develop sales strategies, achieve targets, identify business opportunities, manage distributor relationships, execute promotions, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal teams.
Required Skills
Communication, negotiation, leadership, FMCG sales knowledge, Excel proficiency, reporting, and ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline. MBA
Experience 4–5 years Compulsory of FMCG sales experience with knowledge of the Odisha market.
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel across Odisha.
Experience in Soap,Detergent and Phynle section is Preffered
