Prayan Animation Studio is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) to lead client acquisition and drive revenue growth across international markets, with a primary focus on the United States and Europe.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong relationship-building skills, and experience selling creative or digital services. This role involves promoting Prayan Animation's services, including animation production, children's book illustration, educational content, AI-powered creative services, and other visual storytelling solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, networking, and strategic partnerships.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, publishers, production companies, agencies, EdTech companies, and corporate customers.
· Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to proposal submission, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
· Develop customized proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales pitches based on client requirements.
· Collaborate closely with the marketing, production, and creative teams to convert qualified leads into successful projects.
· Maintain and update the CRM system, sales pipeline, and business development reports.
· Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, virtual meetings, and networking events when required.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while contributing to the company's global expansion strategy.
· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
Requirements
· 4+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, International Sales, or Client Acquisition.
· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Experience working with international clients, particularly in the US and European markets, is highly preferred.
· Ability to independently manage the entire sales process and consistently achieve revenue targets.
· Strong understanding of CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience in the animation, media, publishing, creative services, IT, SaaS, or digital content industry is an added advantage.
