Exposure to ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB or similar tools.
Ticketing tools experience.
Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
Inventory tracking and documentation management.
Soft Skills
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a process-driven environment.
Strong organizational and tracking skills.
