Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to engage potential clients over the phone. The primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads, schedule appointments, and support the sales team by identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists and databases.
- Introduce the company's products and services in a professional and engaging manner.
- Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status in CRM software.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Handle objections professionally and effectively.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Good listening skills with the ability to understand customer requirements.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales or IT staffing/IT services is an added advantage.
- Experience working with US, UK, or international clients is preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or other lead generation tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,528.36 - ₹30,875.92 per month
