With one successful retail store in Malad, the company is expanding and launching its second showroom in Lokhandwala, Andheri West in September.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team.
- Deliver an exceptional customer and luxury retail experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value and VIP clients.
- Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally.
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and showroom operations.
- Maintain CRM records and customer follow-ups.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, visual merchandising standards, and daily operational processes.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the jewellery retail industry.
- Mandatory: Strong knowledge of diamond jewellery (essential). Exposure to Polki jewellery will be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, sales, and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience in managing retail showroom operations and inventory.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
