Qualification:
- B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering is mandatory.
Experience:
- Similar Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in similar interface management positions, specifically for large-scale E&M infrastructure .
- Experience in commercial buildings, infrastructure, industrial.
Skills Required:
- Multidisciplinary Integration: Manages the integration of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Safety, BIM, and QA/QC disciplines to ensure a cohesive build.
- High proficiency in HVAC, firefighting, electrification, and MEP system-wide coordination.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to interface with multiple stakeholders and manage multidisciplinary teams effectively .
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in MEP / Infrastructure / Smart Building projects.
- Familiarity with tendering processes in government or private sector projects.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
