About the Company
Artfills Online Learning Pvt. Ltd. is an online classical arts training platform offering Kathak and Hindustani Vocal courses. We are looking for enthusiastic Tele callers / Customer Support who can speak with students and parents and guide them about our courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students/parents who enquire about courses
- Explain course details in a simple and friendly manner
- Follow up with leads and schedule demo sessions
- Maintain daily calling records and update CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly follow-up and calling targets
- Work closely with the counselling and mentorship team
Required Skills
- Good communication Skills
- Experience in Tele calling, Telesales, Customer Support, Insurance Calling, Education Counsellor preferred
- Ability to convince, communicate, and follow up
- Comfortable with 60–80 calls/day
- Basic computer skills
