Key Responsibilities
- Site Management:Oversee day-to-day construction and interior execution activities on site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
- Interior & Civil Coordination: Manage and coordinate both civil and interior works including false ceiling, flooring, joinery, painting, electrical coordination, furniture detailing, and finishing activities.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise site staff including laborers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other tradespeople to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project timelines, quality benchmarks, and company standards.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations by conducting regular site inspections and addressing hazards or incidents promptly.
- Conduct regular quality checks for both civil and interior works, ensuring execution aligns with drawings, specifications, and design intent.
- Liaise with clients, architects, interior designers, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and timely project updates.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, site updates, material tracking, safety reports, and quality inspection reports.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to read and interpret construction and interior drawings
- Practical knowledge of interior execution and site finishing works
- Understanding of health & safety regulations and quality procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management software
Language
- Must be fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
Transportation
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and own a two-wheeler.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
