Job Responsibilities:
- RMS/CMS portal par Solar Street Light sites ka monitoring karna.
- Daily online/offline lights ka status check karna aur reports maintain karna.
- Faulty lights, batteries, controllers ya communication issues identify karna aur field team ko inform karna.
- Daily, Weekly aur Monthly RMS/CMS reports prepare karna.
- Site-wise performance data maintain karna aur management ko share karna.
- Complaint tickets raise karna aur closure track karna.
- GPS location aur SIM connectivity issues monitor karna.
- Excel mein data management aur MIS reporting karna.
- Field engineers ke saath coordination karke issues ka timely resolution ensure karna.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
