Job Purpose
To design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company's paperless digital management system, ensuring real-time visibility of all business processes, accurate data management, system security, and effective integration of departments including Production, Planning, Quality, Stores, Purchase, HR, Accounts, Maintenance, Dispatch, and Management.
Key Responsibilities
1. ERP / Software Management
- Lead implementation of ERP, MIS, and paperless workflow systems.
- Analyze business processes and convert them into digital workflows.
- Coordinate with software vendors for customization and development.
- Test new modules before deployment.
- Ensure smooth operation of all software applications.
- Manage software upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
2. Business Process Automation
- Identify manual processes and convert them into automated digital systems.
- Develop workflow approvals for HR, Purchase, Stores, Production, Maintenance, and Finance.
- Create digital forms, reports, checklists, and approval systems.
- Eliminate duplicate data entry and improve process efficiency.
3. Production & Shop Floor Digitization
- Implement real-time production monitoring systems.
- Develop dashboards for:
- Production Status
- WIP Tracking
- Dispatch Status
- Material Consumption
- Productivity Monitoring
- Machine Utilization
- Rework & Rejection Analysis
- Integrate barcode, QR code, RFID, and biometric systems where required.
4. Data Management & Analytics
- Ensure data accuracy across all departments.
- Create management dashboards and KPIs.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze trends and provide improvement recommendations.
- Develop data-driven decision-making tools.
5. Cyber Security & Data Protection
- Ensure security of company data and systems.
- Manage user access rights and permissions.
- Monitor unauthorized data access and security threats.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
6. Network & Infrastructure Management
- Manage servers, computers, printers, scanners, and networking devices.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of IT infrastructure.
- Coordinate hardware maintenance and upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and reliability.
7. User Support & Training
- Provide technical support to employees.
- Conduct training programs for software users.
- Prepare SOPs and user manuals.
- Resolve system-related issues promptly.
8. Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with ERP developers, software vendors, hardware suppliers, and IT service providers.
- Track project progress and implementation timelines.
- Ensure vendor deliverables meet company requirements.
9. Compliance & Audit Support
- Maintain IT documentation and records.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies.
- Monitor software licensing and legal compliance.
10. Continuous Improvement
- Recommend new technologies for operational excellence.
- Evaluate AI, IoT, Industry 4.0, RFID, QR Code Tracking, and Mobile App solutions.
- Continuously improve business visibility and reporting systems.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- ERP/MIS implementation experience preferred.
- Experience in Manufacturing or Fabrication Industry preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
