- As a single window to the customer, Lead and drive the growth of the company by retaining key customers
- Ensure orders are regularly coming from existing customers
- Do business analysis customer wise and corrections are taken wherever required and present to management
- Attend ad-hoc/contract RFQs as per deadline and submit the rates by effectively analyzing market rates and competition. Participate in negotiations and close biddings.
- Enquiry tracker is maintained and analyzed to evaluate enquiry to order realization ratio and presented to management
- Ensure receivables are in line with contract terms.
- Support credit control team in case of billing and reconciliation issues
- Ensure valid contract agreements are in place in time with all relevant commercials
- Address customer concerns/complaints from time to time so as to see the business is not impacted
- Visit every customers once in a month or as and when required and ensure highest level of customer relationship is achieved and there by long term customer retention
- Candidate Profile
- Educational qualification - Any Graduate
- Experience - 8 to 10 years of core experience in PAN INDIA transportation industry handling Key Accounts.
- Skills required -Good knowledge of operational integration, Customer orientation, ERP, MS Excel and very good communication skill.
