- Front Desk Management: Welcome and direct visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional and hospitable environment.
- Communications: Answer incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, screen inquiries, and manage the company email inbox.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage conference room bookings.
- Mail & Courier Management: Sort, log, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
- Office Coordination: Oversee inventory, track office supplies, and place orders for replacements as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain visitor logs, organize files, and update databases/spreadsheets for various departments. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
