About the Role
TechGropse is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between clients and the development team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, preparing project documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and client meetings.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, and process flow documents.
- Create wireframes and workflows to communicate project requirements effectively.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and scope definition.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily project discussions.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks or gaps.
- Ensure requirements are delivered accurately and meet client expectations.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and project sign-off processes.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development company.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in web, mobile app, and custom software projects.
- Excellent documentation and requirement-gathering skills.
- Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working directly with international clients is preferred.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and wireframing tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Miro.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Business Analysis, Agile, or Scrum will be an added advantage.
- Experience in AI, SaaS, E-commerce, Healthcare, FinTech, or Enterprise software projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
