Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership :
- Plan and monitor the academic calendar effectively.
- Ensure quality lesson planning, classroom teaching, and assessment practices.
- Conduct regular academic audits, classroom observations, and teacher evaluations.
- Improve board examination performance and student learning outcomes.
- Introduce innovative teaching methodologies, technology integration, and skill-based education.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and conduct remedial classes where necessary.
Staff Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, workshops, and performance reviews.
- Build a disciplined, motivated, and accountable academic team.
- Guide teachers in classroom management and effective board usage.
Student Development & Discipline
- Maintain high standards of student discipline and behavior.
- Encourage co-curricular activities, leadership programs, communication skills, and personality development.
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and emotional well-being.
Administration & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day school administration and campus management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of examinations, records, timetables, and reporting systems.
- Coordinate with management regarding budgets, infrastructure, and institutional planning.
- Ensure compliance with educational policies and safety standards.
Admissions & Public Relations
- Lead admission strategies and strengthen the institution’s reputation.
- Build positive relationships with parents and the local community.
- Represent the school in meetings, events, and public platforms.
- Support branding, promotional activities, and result-oriented campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience.
- Minimum 3 years of academic leadership/administrative experience preferred.
- Strong command over English communication and institutional management.
