Position : Sr. HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Location : Vashi
Experience : Minimum 2 years to 7 years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred or 30 Days or Less
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Execute the company's recruitment strategy to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Create and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Post job openings across job boards, social media, colleges, and other channels.
- Source candidates through databases, job portals, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Ensure recruitment and selection processes comply with company standards.
- Stay updated on HR recruitment best practices to improve hiring outcomes.
What will we give you?
Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Half-yearly Increment (Performance Based)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
