We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting prospects into customers through effective communication and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Explain company products/services to potential clients and address their queries.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up regularly with leads through calls, emails, and messages.
- Convert interested prospects into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM/software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Handle objections professionally and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.
- Generate referrals and repeat business from existing customers whenever possible.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
