Job Description:
Astron Technologies is looking for a talented Marketing (Digital & Social Media) & PR for our online & offline marketing.
Your Role:
- Manage social media posts and campaigns.
- Use SEO and Google Analytics to improve visibility.
- Create content like posts, blogs, and emails.
- Design simple graphics with Canva or Photoshop.
- Communicate well (written and spoken) and use MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to boost brand visibility, website traffic, lead generation, and revenue.
- Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads – Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube; Meta Ads – Facebook/Instagram; LinkedIn Ads) with a sharp focus on revenue growth.
- Drive organic growth through SEO (on-page, technical, content optimization, backlink strategy), content marketing, and social media organic efforts.
- Own social media strategy & execution — create engaging content calendars, grow followers meaningfully, increase engagement, and convert audiences into leads/customers.
- Build and nurture email marketing & automation flows (welcome series, drip campaigns, promotional sequences) to improve retention, repeat purchases, and upsell/cross-sell revenue.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and web developers to produce high-converting assets (landing pages, ads creatives, email templates, blogs).
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, ad platform dashboards — identify opportunities, fix underperformers, and double down on winners.
- Actively hunt for and test new growth channels, audiences, creatives, and messaging to bring in fresh business and scale revenue.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards and actionable insights for leadership — clearly showing impact on visibility, leads, and revenue.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to keep us ahead.
Requirements:

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (agency, e-commerce, SaaS, startup, or D2C brand preferred).
- Proven track record of improving visibility (traffic growth), driving business growth, increasing revenue, and generating measurable leads/customers through digital channels.
- Strong command over at least 3–4 of the following: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Social Media Advertising.
- Proficiency in tools: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, email platforms.
- Data-driven mindset — you love numbers and can turn insights into action.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English + Hindi).
- Creative yet analytical — you can ideate campaigns and also crunch performance data.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if skills & results are strong).
