Back Office Executive / Receptionist / Telecaller
We are looking for a smart and responsible candidate for our office. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge and good communication skills. The role includes handling back office work along with reception and telecalling responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily back office operations
- Attend calls and manage client communication
- Manage reception activities
- Basic computer work (MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.)
- Data entry and maintaining records
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and responsible behavior
- Experience in telecalling or reception will be an added advantage
