Job description:-Implementation Engineer
Location: Kochi
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: 1–3 years
We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities and be capable of collaborating closely with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
· Work with the development team to resolve software-related issues.
· Create and modify SQL scripts for onboarding new clients and adding new functionalities.
· Implement, install, and configure software at client locations.
· Assist in customizing client database scripts and troubleshooting issues.
· Execute test plans, document problems, and coordinate with the development team to communicate and prioritize bugs for new software releases.
· Collaborate with clients to address and resolve queries related to software implementation.
· Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
· Perform any additional duties appropriate to the role and responsibility level.
Requirements:
· Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written) are mandatory.
· Ability to conduct scope studies at client sites and communicate findings effectively with the development team.
· Basic understanding of RDBMS.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
