- Handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate project inquiries
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and timeline
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Zoho CRM)
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and meetings
- Provide basic project information (pricing, location, amenities, etc.)
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Track daily/weekly lead status and report performance metrics
Ensure excellent customer experience at the first touchpoint
