Overview
Ram Empire India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and drive the performance of the sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, developing sales strategies, coaching team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and business growth. Monitor daily sales activities, lead management, and follow-up processes. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training sessions. Assist team members in closing high-value deals and handling complex client negotiations. Ensure timely allocation and follow-up of leads through CRM. Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead generation and customer experience. Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3–7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role, preferably in real estate. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Preferred Candidate Profile Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Excellent customer relationship management skills. Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of leading by example.
