- Team Leadership & Development: Hire, train, and counsel sales consultants to meet and exceed individual and team monthly targets.
- Pipeline Management: Track customer walk-ins, inquiries, test drives, quotations, and retail deliveries to ensure a healthy conversion rate.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Plan daily/weekly activities, including prospecting, follow-ups, and promotional events. Step in to assist with difficult client negotiations and deal-closing.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with Automotive CRM systems and coordinate with finance, accessories, and insurance teams to maximize business opportunities.
- Reporting: Generate sales MIS and present performance forecasts to Dealership Management.
