Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Associate Director – Real Estate to lead sales operations, business development, client management, and team handling. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, handling strategic partnerships, and ensuring achievement of organizational sales targets in the real estate sector.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end real estate sales operations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
- Handle HNI clients, investors, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, and property consultants.
- Manage, train, and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for business expansion.
- Ensure proper client servicing and post-sales relationship management.
- Drive business development activities through networking, references, and strategic tie-ups.
- Monitor sales performance, MIS reporting, and business forecasting.
- Handle negotiations, closures, and high-value transactions.
- Ensure team productivity and maintain high conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and management teams for smooth business operations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of real estate market trends, pricing, and project details.
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and client presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
