We are looking for a smart, confident, proactive, and well-spoken Recruiter / Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior recruiters in managing day-to-day and end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Understand and analyze job descriptions to identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess eligibility, experience, communication skills, availability, and interest.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, documentation, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
- Draft and respond to professional emails with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing and sharing candidate profiles with clients.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records.
- Support the team in achieving hiring targets and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–1.5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT or Technical Recruitment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of professional email communication and etiquette.
Ability to understand job descriptions and identify relevant candidate profiles.
Experience in resume screening and candidate shortlisting.
Good knowledge of LinkedIn and other job portals for candidate sourcing.
Active LinkedIn profile with relevant professional connections.
Ability to leverage professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or similar recruitment platforms.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
Strong coordination, follow-up, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
