Experience: 02 -05 years
Key Skills required
- Knowledge of CNC machine operations.
- Basic understanding of G-Code & M-Code.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled CNC professional capable of independent programming and precision operation.
- Operate CNC machines as per drawing specifications.
- Set up machines, select tools, and perform trial runs.
- Monitor production to ensure 100% accuracy and zero rejection.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometre, Height Gauge, etc.).
- Maintain machine and work area cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
