Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented ASM (Area Sales Manager) for Bihar region who will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor networks, expanding market reach, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle overall sales operations for the assigned Bihar territory.
- Appoint and manage distributors/dealers across key markets.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement market expansion strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Ensure proper stock availability and secondary sales movement.
- Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Ensure timely payment collection and outstanding control.
Required Skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
