Job Title: Barista – Café Industry

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality beverages and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The Barista will be responsible for coffee preparation, maintaining cleanliness standards, handling customer interactions, and supporting daily café operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and café equipment efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of beverages.
- Suggest menu items and promote special beverages or seasonal offerings.
Customer Service
- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent service.
- Take customer orders accurately and address customer inquiries politely.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.
Operational Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, workstation, equipment, and service areas.
- Ensure adequate stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and café supplies.
- Follow opening and closing procedures.
- Assist in inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Cash Handling & Billing
- Process customer payments accurately through POS systems.
- Handle cash and maintain billing accuracy.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and hygiene standards.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Minimum HSC/Graduate preferred.
- Certification in Barista training is an added advantage.
- 0–2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred. Freshers with interest in coffee and customer service may also apply.

Working Conditions:
Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays as per café operational requirements.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
