Job Title: Marketing Head
Location: Bhopal & Indore
Role Summary:
The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive patient acquisition, and support the overall growth of the dental practice across Bhopal and Indore locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate new patient leads through print media, digital platforms, and other marketing channels
- Oversee the execution of all marketing campaigns and ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends, best practices, and growth opportunities
- Monitor and manage the performance of the marketing team, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain a strong, positive brand image across all marketing initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 10–15+ years of proven experience in a senior marketing or leadership role
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or e-commerce marketing preferred
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills
- Expertise in brand management, lead generation, and patient acquisition
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical abilities
- Build and manage relationships with local partners, vendors, and community groups
- Strengthen relationships with patients and local communities to support marketing objectives
- Design and manage lead generation systems, track leads from multiple channels, and ensure effective conversion into new patients
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
