Roles and Responsibilities :
v Responsible for Design concept freezing on time basis.
v Responsible for Simulation of Castings with respect to the concept & receiving approval from the customer.
v Responsible for BOM creation.
v Responsible for mounting layout freezing.
v Responsible for Process & Design changes internal & external.
v Responsible for 2D drawing.
v Planning of initial samples Trial as per the customer plan target.
v Monitoring the Pattern conditions and modification if required.
v Managing Daily pattern shop activities.
v Pattern & Core box machining follow up with the suppliers.
v Participating the Development meetings to review the progress of the project.
Authorities:
v Authority to stop Production if any deviations found in Pattern & Core box.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
