Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Academic Counsellor** with experience in **Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, or EdTech Sales**. The ideal candidate should be passionate about guiding students while achieving admission and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
* Understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable courses.
* Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and sales techniques.
* Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
* Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
* Stay updated on course offerings, admission policies, and industry trends.
Eligibility Criteria
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* 1– years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Business Development.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.
