Key Responsibilities
1. Student Recruitment & Admissions
Contact potential students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings
Explain courses, fees, and career opportunities
Convert enquiries into admissions
Follow up with interested students regularly
2. Lead Generation
Generate leads through:
Social media
Educational fairs
School/college visits
Online enquiries
Maintain student database
3. Counseling & Guidance
Guide students to choose the right course
Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs
Provide complete admission support
4. Relationship Management
Maintain good relationship with students and parents
Coordinate with admission and academic teams
Build partnerships with schools, colleges, or agents
5. Sales & Targets
Achieve monthly admission targets
Meet revenue goals
Prepare reports of daily activities
Required Skills
Communication skills – English & Malayalam (important)
Sales skills – Convincing and negotiation
Interpersonal skills – Friendly and approachable
Basic computer skills – Excel, CRM, email
Confidence and presentation skills
