Job Title: Business Development & Telecaller Research Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Business Development & Tele caller Research Executive to support our real estate sales and marketing team. The role involves identifying potential customers, conducting market research, generating leads through outbound calls, maintaining customer databases, and assisting the sales team in converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and channel partners.
- Follow up with leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business targets.
Telecalling & Research
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce real estate projects.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, and location preferences.
- Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and competitor activities.
- Collect, verify, and update customer databases.
- Follow up with existing prospects to nurture relationships and schedule appointments.
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local languages.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.
- Ability to conduct online research and manage customer databases.
- Confidence in handling outbound sales calls.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, telecalling, lead generation, or business development will be preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with property portals, lead generation platforms, and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and customer trends.

- Number of outbound calls made per day.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Site visits scheduled.
- Customer follow-up completion rate.
- Lead-to-conversion ratio.
- Accuracy and timeliness of CRM updates.
