Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and manage web development projects from inception to delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, business teams, and developers to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Give project estimations.
- Oversee development using PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, Framework 7) and JavaScript frameworks (Vue JS, NodeJS, ReactJS).
- Manage and guide teams on CMS development (WordPress, Elemantor) and custom theme/plugin development.
- Ensure high-quality front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and Photoshop.
- Manage databases like MySQL, SQL, and MongoDB for scalable applications.
- Supervise integration of third-party APIs, Google Maps, payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, PayU, CashFree, etc.), and custom token standards
- Implement design patterns, perform code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and ensure alignment with timelines and budgets.
- Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
