We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and induction processes
- Assist in attendance and leave tracking
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks
- Support HR team in day-to-day operations
- Identify relevant IT job opportunities and coordinate interviews for students with hiring companies, ensuring timely communication and placement support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Internship Terms:
- This is a 3-month contract-based internship
- ₹5,000 monthly stipend will be provided
- Internship certificate will be provided upon successful completion
- Based on performance and company requirements, candidates may be offered a full-time employment opportunity
- If not selected for a full-time role, a 3-month internship completion certificate will be issued
