Role: Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1-3 years. Knowledge of technical drawing/drafting is preferred.
Preferred: Familiarity with Oil & Gas industry equipment/machinery.
Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
CAD Agility: Ability to perform modifications, create technical drawings (drafting), and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) with extreme precision.
Mechanical Fundamentals: Solid understanding of statics, kinematics, and material selection.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret a technical sketch and transform it into a 3D model following established guidelines.
Interpersonal Skills (Soft Skills)
Technical Curiosity: A genuine "passion for mechanics." We look for candidates who are naturally inclined to understand how everyday objects work.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and patience. We seek individuals who consistently double-check their work to ensure top-tier quality.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
