As we establish our presence in Central India, we are seeking a sharp, aggressive, and highly motivated Sales Executive / BDE to drive our market growth locally.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in selling digital agency, IT, or advertising services. In this role, you will lead end-to-end B2B client acquisition—from finding high-potential leads across Indore to pitching, negotiating, and successfully closing deals with corporate decision-makers, local brands, and SMEs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Scouting: Map out regional B2B growth opportunities in Indore. Source qualified leads using professional platforms (like LinkedIn) and strategic field mapping.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct outbound cold calls, send targeted outreach messages, and schedule face-to-face consultative corporate pitches.
- Solution Selling: Understand a prospect's current digital presence, coordinate with our internal technical/creative teams to structure custom proposals, and close service contracts.
- Revenue Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Relationship Management: Act as the initial bridge between newly onboarded clients and our service delivery teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Industry Background (Mandatory): Minimum 1–3 years of core sales/BD experience strictly within a Digital Marketing Agency, IT Services/Software development firm, or Advertising agency.
- Core Skills: Demonstrated experience in end-to-end B2B sales cycles, lead generation, and strategic prospecting.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Local Mobility: Must be based out of Indore and possess a personal two-wheeler for local corporate field visits and meetings.
