Job Overview
Viruksham Interiors & Decor is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive / Design Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, understanding client requirements, presenting interior design solutions, and converting leads into successful projects.
Candidates with experience in the Furniture, Interior Design, Modular Kitchen, Home Décor, Real Estate, or Building Materials Industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in customers, online inquiries, and generated leads.
Understand client requirements, budgets, and project expectations.
Present interior design solutions, materials, and company portfolio.
Coordinate with the design team to develop customer-specific proposals.
Conduct site visits and client meetings when required.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good mannerisms and professional customer-handling abilities.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
Ability to work independently and achieve business goals.
Passion for sales and customer engagement.
Eligibility
Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
0–5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
Experience in furniture or interior-related industries will be an added advantage.
