About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive to drive partnerships and business growth across colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate organizations in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background, strong communication skills, and a passion for education and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with educational institutions and corporate clients.
- Connect with Principals, Directors, Placement Heads, Training & Placement Officers, Deans, and HR/L&D professionals.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultative sales meetings.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client training requirements and recommend suitable EdTech solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful implementation and customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized institution.
- 0–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, EdTech Sales, or Corporate Training Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings across Delhi NCR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, IoT, or Software Development.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive attitude.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
