We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with experience in selling Microsoft 365 solutions and IT services. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of M365 licensing and sales processes and be eager to grow in a fast-paced sales environment. This role requires strong communication skills, customer-focused selling, and a proactive approach to generating business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales cycle for Microsoft 365 and related IT services, from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Handle inbound leads, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct outbound sales activities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist in preparing product presentations, proposals, and sales documentation in collaboration with technical teams.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities regularly.
- Coordinate with delivery and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales activities and provide regular updates on performance and opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in Microsoft 365, cloud solutions, or related IT services.
- Exposure to inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Pay: ₹11,529.06 - ₹40,970.57 per month
