Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery
- Deliver classroom, online, and blended training sessions on BFSI concepts.
- Conduct practical sessions, case studies, role plays, and simulations.
- Train learners on banking operations, financial products, insurance, and customer relationship management.
- Ensure timely completion of the training curriculum and learning objectives.
Curriculum & Content Development
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning resources.
- Incorporate current RBI, IRDAI, SEBI, and industry guidelines into the training content.
- Design engaging learning activities aligned with industry requirements.

Student Assessment & Mentoring
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Provide continuous feedback and mentoring to learners.
- Identify learning gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Guide learners in project work and industry certifications, where applicable.
Placement Support
- Conduct resume-building sessions and mock interviews.
- Prepare learners for interviews with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and financial institutions.
- Coordinate with placement teams to improve employability and placement outcomes.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and learner progress reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track certifications, batch completion, and placement statistics.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of banking, financial services, and insurance operations.
- Understanding of RBI, SEBI, and IRDAI regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Coaching and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to simplify financial concepts for learners.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
