Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales and order execution process.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing, Sales Support, or Customer Service, preferably in the Veneer, Interior Products, Furniture, Building Materials, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers, and customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain CRM records, customer database, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams for timely order execution.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Generate regular CRM reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (BMS/B.Com/BMM preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Relations, Sales Support, or Customer Service.
- Experience in Veneer, Interior Products, Furniture, Plywood, Laminates, Building Materials, or Interior Industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
