We are looking for an experienced HR professional to independently manage end-to-end HR operations for our tourism company. The ideal candidate will handle the full HR function single-handedly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding
- Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Drive employee engagement and grievance handling
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Performance appraisal coordination
- Policy implementation and HR administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in HR operations (tourism/hospitality industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
Pay: ₹10,861.64 - ₹33,154.72 per month
