Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced NEET Biology Teacher to deliver engaging, exam-oriented Biology instruction to NEET aspirants in Jamtara, Jharkhand. The teacher will be responsible for planning and conducting structured lessons, explaining concepts from the NEET Biology syllabus, addressing student doubts, and providing targeted academic support to help students strengthen their preparation.
The role will involve covering NCERT-based Biology concepts, developing students’ conceptual understanding, preparing and evaluating practice tests and assignments, analyzing student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will also collaborate with academic coordinators and participate in training and content-improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamtara, Jharkhand.
Qualifications
- Strong subject-matter expertise in Biology with a thorough understanding of the NEET syllabus and exam pattern.
- Strong command of NCERT Biology (Class 11 & 12) and the ability to teach concepts with a NEET-focused approach.
- Experience teaching or preparing students for NEET Biology in a classroom, coaching institute, or similar academic setting.
- Ability to explain complex Biology concepts clearly and develop strong conceptual understanding among students.
- Strong skills in lesson planning, doubt resolution, question-solving, and test preparation.
- Experience creating or evaluating NEET-level MCQs, mock tests, assignments, and practice material.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Education, or a relevant discipline.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to analyze student performance and provide targeted academic feedback.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources to support teaching and learning.
- Student-first approach with the ability to work with learners at different levels of NEET preparation.
- Ability to work on-site in Jamtara, Jharkhand, with a consistent full-time schedule.
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
