Home Textile Production Manager – Job Description
A Home Textile Production Manager oversees the entire production process in a home textile manufacturing facility. They manage production schedules, supervise factory staff, monitor product quality, optimize manufacturing processes, and ensure timely delivery of finished goods. They work closely with departments such as merchandising, planning, quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities.
- Develop and monitor production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Optimize production efficiency while minimizing waste and production costs.
- Supervise and motivate production teams and line supervisors.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.
- Analyze production reports, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
