Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 - 6 years of experience in a technical support, operations, or NOC (Network Operations Center) role
- Hands-on experience with Datadog or similar monitoring/observability platforms
- Proficiency in writing and running SQL queries for report generation
- Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM/ticketing platforms
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, on-call environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for escalation and reporting
Nice to Have
- Experience with IoT platforms or logistics/delivery tech ecosystems
- Exposure to incident management frameworks (e.g., PagerDuty, OpsGenie)
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash) for query automation
- Good communication skills – it’s a client facing role
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
