Job Summary
The Instrument Sales & Service Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting pharmaceutical and laboratory instruments while maintaining strong customer relationships with pharma companies, laboratories, and research organizations. The role includes business development, after-sales service coordination, AMC/CMC promotion, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Promote and sell pharmaceutical and laboratory instruments to pharma companies, QC/QA labs, R&D centers.
* Generate new business opportunities through client visits, cold calling, and lead follow-ups.
* Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
* Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
* Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
### Service Marketing
* Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and service packages.
* Coordinate installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and breakdown service activities.
* Follow up with customers regarding service satisfaction and repeat business.
* Support customers with technical troubleshooting and service coordination.
### Customer Relationship Management
* Build long-term relationships with QA/QC managers, purchase departments, and lab users.
* Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
* Maintain customer database and sales records.
### Market & Product Knowledge
* Monitor competitor products and market trends in pharmaceutical instrumentation.
* Provide feedback to management regarding customer requirements and market opportunities.

## Products/Equipment Knowledge Preferred
Candidates with knowledge of instruments such as:
* HPLC
* GC
* UV Spectrophotometer
* Dissolution Test Apparatus
* Stability Chambers
* pH Meter
* Analytical Balances
* Autoclaves
* Laboratory Testing Instruments
* Cleanroom Instruments
will be preferred.

## Educational Qualification
* Diploma / BE / BTech in:
* Instrumentation Engineering
* Biomedical Engineering
* Electronics Engineering
* Biotechnology
* Pharmacy (preferred in some pharma companies)

## Experience
* Fresher to 5 years experience in pharma instrument sales/service preferred.

## Preferred Candidates
* Experience in pharmaceutical equipment or laboratory instrument companies
* Knowledge of GMP/GLP environments
* Experience handling pharma clients and laboratories

As per company standards and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
