Oro is looking for an experienced and driven Assocoate Territory Manager to lead and grow our operations across Mahabub Nagar
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced fintech environment and can balance business growth with strong operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drive business targets including disbursals, renewals, revenue, and AUM
✔ Lead and support field sales teams to improve productivity
✔ Recruit and manage Appraisal Partners (APs) and Sales Partners (SPs)
✔ Ensure smooth operations, customer experience, and compliance
✔ Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve territory goals
✔ Plan and execute local marketing activities for lead generation and brand visibility
Preferred Industry Experience:
Financial Services / NBFC / Fintech
Gold loan experience is an added advantage
Location: Mahabub Nagar

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
