- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Broadcom Layer 7 API Gateways.
- Strong knowledge of API management, security policies, and traffic routing within API gateway environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable API solutions that integrate with diverse backend systems.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and optimizing API gateway performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Ability to work with scripting and automation tools to streamline deployment and configuration tasks.
- Understanding of network protocols and security standards relevant to API gateway operations.
